Easter Weekend Fun

To start off our Easter weekend the boys enjoyed participating in the community egg hunt that the Burley hospital puts on each year. Greyson was in no rush to get to his eggs but Ian had to kind of hold his own out there when he got knocked down a couple of times by some anxious "parents." He was a trooper though and was able to get some candy of his own. Greyson wasted no time getting into his candy and he enjoyed every bit of it.

Easter Weekend continued

To continue our weekend we went to a local riding area to try out the new fourwheelers because the weather was really nice and David and Wyatt had a bad itch to get out. It was way fun and the kids enjoyed being outside finally and getting to ride the fourwheelers.

To end our day we colored easter eggs at home as a family. The boys really enjoyed designing their eggs and coloring them cool colors. As you can see Greyson not only colored his eggs but his whole hand thanks to his dad. They were really proud of their eggs and we had tons of fun.

Bowling Bananza

Ian and Greyson really like to go bowling and I usually am asked if we are going on a weekly basis. Ian even knows where the bowling ally is so when we are ever in the area he asks if we can go. They really enjoy the cosmic bowling so they can get out there and bust a move.

It is funny to watch Ian and his cousin Jacobi bowl because they get a running start and then just chuck the ball. We usually get a pretty good laugh when it is their turn.

Greyson still has to use the kid ramp but is always enthusiastic when it is his turn to go. He was celebrating because he just got a strike, just kidding.

Legos! Legos! Legos!

Ian has really taken a liking to building "houses" with his legos and continues to impress us with his designs. Here are a few of them for you to look at and if you would like he is taking requests to design your future home. You can tell that he is really proud of what he can do and it only shows that he is his fathers child.

Another day playing in the snow

So with all the snow that we got we needed to try and move it around a bit to get it out of the way. David and Alvino got a fourwheeler with a snow blade to help out with the big job. We decided to spend one afternoon taking Ian for rides on it and on his new sled. He really enjoyed it and continued to confirm my fears that he is going to be fearless.

To end their day in the snow David helped Ian reinvent the snowman into dinosaurs. David had seen a giant triceratops sculpted in the front yard of someones house in Burley and he felt inspired to make his own. Ian is really into dinosaurs right now so he was pretty excited to make some that were close to his own size. Ian is sitting on Sara the Threehorn and Greyson is sitting on Little Foot the Longneck.
